Air Flowing at 60MPH, why?

Hello Guys:

Yesterday I noticed that when I hit or go over 60MPH my vents start to have some air flow, and my A/C is off, and the air feels like outside temperature, like if it was coming right from the outside, I'd even moved my thermostat to "hot" and the air started to come out hot, does anyone know why? and is this normal? Thanks a lot.

Did you check you air vent selector on your dash board? usually loacated at the center along with your ac switch. The hot air comes in is depend on the situation, if the weather is hot of course the air comes in is hot. The other one is the heat transfer from your engine room. Just check your Vent Selector because sometimes it fails close if theres some problem on selector.

I don't think that is the problem because if I move my fan speed the air keeps coming at the same flow, so something else is blowing air when it should be off. Any ideas?
