start up after heater core replacement

We got the heater core in - what a big job because we had to remove the whole dashboard on our 1999 F150. After it was all put back together, it wouldn't start. After checking everything, we found out we'd forgotten to hook up the Inertia cable in the lower passenger-side panel.

That would be a problem but easy to get back to

Alan - I have a 99 F150 with the same basic issue. New to the forum and can't tell how old this post is, but if you still have the instructions, I would greatly appreciate a copy. Email is ericm@woh.rr.com.
Thanks in advance!!

I fixed my heater issue... The thermostat was stuck open. Thus flowing warm coolant throught the heater core instead of HOT coolant...

The instructions to the blend door is in the first post of this thread!

Blend door/air leak

My truck has issue with air leak that allows blend door to work. In short the airlines tie into what appears to be a T. The leg of the T leaks air and if you plug it the blend door works as it should. Question is can i replace the T or is something missing from the T like another line?
