Need AC help for 2000 F150

Hey guys I need some help. I just finished replacing my orifice tube (original one was white/ replacement is blue), and I am trying to charge the system from a vacuum. When I try to add the 1st can the low side press. will go to 120. The hi-side will stay at 0. My original problem was poor cooling with a lo side of 0, hi side of 180 (I'm thinking a restriction somewhere in the low side). Now I'm thinking the accumulator is bad. This system had never been open when I started working on it. I did flush out the condenser with some brake cleaner and compressed air while I had the system open, and added a small amount of PAG 100 oil. Vac. was pulled for 1 hour before recharging system. Even with the high lo-side press. the compressor will not run unless the lo pressure switch connector is jumped at the accumulator. Any advice appreciated. It is too hot here in OKlahoma to not have my ac. Thanks, Tom
