YES, TOOK IT TO FORD DEALER , THE DEALER JUST TORE SOME OF THE FOAM GASKET AWAY AND PUT SILICON SEALER IN THE INSIDE WHERE THE DRAIN GOES THROUGH THE FIREWALL. THIS MADE IT WORSE.THEN I`M TOLD BY THE DEALER THE DASH AND A/C WOULD HAVE TO BE REMOVED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I MAY BE WRONG BUT I THINK A TRUCK WITH 37 K JUST DIDIN`T DEVELOPE THIS . HELP ME HERE ,IS THE DEALER RIGHT ?
THANK YOU, jababafx4 :confused

Mines been doing that for 6 years. It only happens on long trips. Around town it never drips.
The way I got around it was to switch to MAX A/C on longer runs so the system doesn't generate as much condensate water.

Spme dripping is unavoidable on long trips in hot, humid weather. Mine does this on long trips. But if it does it all the time, there is a problem. Need to make sure it is draining correctly. They tore foam gasket away? that is likely insulation, which prevents condensation and dripping of the pan. OMG! Whatever you do, don't let those dealer hacks take your dash apart! They'll never get it back together again.
