Is there a way to tell if my heater core is clogged up? Bother heater hoses are hot, but no heat coming in to cab. Only COLD air. I was told that my core might be clogged. Should I get a radiator flush done on it or ?? Any imput will help

take the lines loose and see if water will flow through it. run the water hose with it on low.

I don't see how the return line could be hot if it was clogged. I guess maybe it's a partial clog

This question still remains:

mine just had loose wires. If you take that black panel off down there you can see where the wires plug in. If i held mine all the way to the right it would work okay.

Ok. I'm gonna tear in to it tomorrow. Any way to prop the blend door open if the motor is stuck to temp it?

Ok, heater core is good, blend door is in tact. Not sure if motor is ok. I think the temp switch on the dash might be bad. If only ford parts was open on Sat. Guess I'll have to wait until Monday to see if that's what it is.
