There is a funny odor in the cab of my 2003 F150 before I start it up in the morning. It has 17k miles on it. After I drive it for a short distance, I began to experience eye irritation and a slight headache. The dealer checked it, and the said their was no catalytic converter or exhaust leak.

Please advise?

 

Could be mold in your A/C ducts. Maybe someone on the forum knows how to check this out.
