I'm looking to replace the manual climate controls in my 2001 F150 Supercrew with an automatic climate control head unit. Does anyone know if these head units cross with other ford vehicles. They look to be the same. Please advise.

 

They should bolt right in, but wiring and vacuum harnesses are different.. And check a junkyard.. Ford is proud of those things.
As far as the mod itself, I hadn't done it so I can't give you any tips..
