My truck has a filler plate installed where the filter cover goes, does anyone know how to remove the filler plate and order the filter cover and screws cheaply,, there is directions for changing it with the filter not in the Haynes or Chilton manuals. any help will be appreciated,, the fileer plate looks like it is held in plcae with two metallic spring clips and it presses against the plastic ledge underneath it.
