Radio Question

Can I put a OEM radio with in dash changer from a 03 F150 into a 2000 F150 with out any major problems

What kind of changer? The 6 CD unit? My guess is yes. Pull the old unit out and see if the harness matches. You may need to use a Dremel to cut out the plastic brace in rear of dash to clear the top of the CD changer. Easy.
