Just purchased a Panasonic Double Din Stereo System. I have been researching to see what else i need to purchase with it to install it in my 2005 screw. Some sites say i need an antenna adapter for it. I can not find it online the correct one yet after 2 hours of google-ing. Could you guys help me out with an item number for this product please.

No adapter required, just installed a Pioneer AVH200BT in my 2005 Crew cab. piece of cake, just order wire harness kit and bezal on ebay and you should be good to go.
