I have a 2010 F150 Xlt with sync. My question is, I'm not interested in keeping the aux, usb, or steering wheel controls. Is there a harness that will work without having to buy the expensive one everyone lists? I was thinking maybe this would work, 70-5520 It just seems crazy to have to buy a 200 dollar kit for something my flip screen has directly on the front of it? Thx in advance
