Need advice on new system..... HELP

I have a 2006 Ford F-150 STX 4x4(Extended cab) and want to upgrade the stock headunit and the 4 door speakers. I am not really looking for anything crazy. i am not into the bass just want a good sounding system. I still have to carry 3 kids around to.

Some of the features I would like to have:

*BlueTooth for cellphone and streaming audio
*Possibilty of GPS (I guess that means I would have to go with "Double Din"
*Iphone connection easily accessible
*CD
*Great sound, some bass, mids, highs, etc.
* Amp???? Not sure if this would be needed or not.

I am not sure if i should go with "double or single din" I know in order to have GPS "double" would be needed, but it is not a neccessity.Just looking for some recommendations of good reliable equipment. I would like to stay under $800 give or take.

Any advice will be appreciated.

I've been looking at these two head units.

The Kenwood KVT-696 is a single din with a 7" flip up screen for DVD playback. It is also Bluetooth ready and has navigation with the KNA-G610.

The Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD is double din with a 7" screen. DVD playback, navigation ready. For Bluetooth you'll have to buy a bluetooth adapter for it.
