What can I replace my 2007 head unit with?

I just bought a used 2007 F150 Lariat super crew. The radio has the nav and satellite but no bluetooth sync for a cellular phone. I believe in 07 you had to get the aftermarket one. In 2008 I think they went with the Sync from that point on. Will the 2008 radio swap right in to replace my 2007 radio?

Does your factory unit have the chrome trim around the *****?

Now that is sweet. I will definitely look into that. Did you do the install yourself or did you have it done by a shop?

Did you deal with the Sirius/XM issue at all or just do without it?

I had it on my factory radio and used the free subscription for 6 months. I don't miss it.

I may have to look at other options then. I love my Sirius and haven't used FM since the day I got my Mustang with satellite. I want the same ability in my F150 too.

You could always buy the Sirius radio and use a suction cup to hold it up. For the money that unit has more to offer and looks more oem compared to any other aftermarket unit. That autodvdgps.com offers it cheaper than the ebay dude. He is charging $599 plus $15 compared to $488 and $72.71 shipping.

Does the Sirius unit just plug into the iPod port and function as an Aux?

What is audiophile? The canadian guy told me that the lower price guy does not put the same components in the interior of the unit.
