headunit security

What are the best ways to make your headunit as much as theft deterrent as possible, i got mines stolen recently, and i bought it again but want to make it hard to steal,

If someone wants it, they're gonna take it. I would rather have them just rip out the stereo and not screw up the dash. Thats what insurance is for.
You could always hook up an alarm system that will alert you through a pager or your smartphone. If you are not near the truck, you could call the police and then make your way to the vehicle. MAYBE, you could catch them in the act and beat the hell out of them!

Dark tint, they are not going to break in if they don't know whats in there.

yea i already have 5% tint all around, and i upgraded my alarm from autopage to viper, they broke in through the keyhole with a flathead and popped the lock, i already replaced both handles without the keyhole, but im looking for ways to make the headunit stay in place where its hard even for me to take out, kinda how the the stock stereo locks into place,
