Single DIN Bracket

Getting ready to install an aftermarket Kenwood HU in my 2009 Ford F150 STX. Does anyone know where to get a single DIN bracket that will replace what I have in there now and make everything look nice and neat or am I out of luck. I have seen the double din but cant seem to find that same thing for a single din unit. Thanks for any help you can give.

Crutchfield is usually an excellent source for that kind of stuff.

Most kits will make the typical double din capable of a single din with pocket, plate covering the opening, or 2 single dins. IMO a single din looks out of place on the big dash of a F-150. Why not a double din?

Dont understand what you mean? My head unit is only going to take up a single din opening not a double din. Maybe I dont understand what you are asking.

I just used a Metra kit from Best Buy and its great! By far the nicest metra kit I have used so far. Single din with a nice large tray below.

Yes they do look a bit out of place but mines a fold out DVD so it maintains the size ok. The trim ring for the radio needed to be modded with a bit of paper behind it to keep it out some and flush (you will see what I mean)

Go grab one, I was not disappointed and that's sayin something

Go to metras website. There are 2-3 different dash kits for the 09+. Depends on what trim level you have.
