speakers stopped

I went to swap out from one aftermarket stereo to another in my truck (98 F150) and now the speakers will not work. I hooked everything back up the same way as I have done this in the truck before. Now no noise. I checked at the radio and it works there but it doesn't go to the speakers. Any help would be great!! Thanks Jason

Are you running an amp or powering the speakers directly from the deck?

Using a wiring harness adapter or did you do the cut-and-crimp connection thing?

With the harness, did you cut the Kenwood wires off and reconnect it to the wiring from the new HU? If so, did you make absolutely, positively sure that you have everything right, including the ground?
