Head unit ?????

Just installed a Cd/dvd player in my 2004 f150. So The guy who installed it says there's no way to hook up the stock entertainment unit that came with the truck with my new cd/dvd player.

Does anyone know how this could be done?

I assume you mean the overhead DVD player?

I was about to post that your install guy was lazy and FOS, but after some research, he may be right.

Thats not a very well known harness, so dont be to harsh on him. I only know of that harness after doing research for a guy on here. It should retain the rear DVD player. What it does is send the signal from the HU to the Overhead via data wires to turn it on, etc, and pipes the sound from the DVD player through your stock speakers.
