My friend bought a new 2007 6 cd HU to replace his single disc player HU, hooked it all up and radio/satellite works great except when a disc is inserted in the CD player it constantly says "Initializing" on the display. Any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated!

My father in laws radio did the same thing in his 2008 when it was a month old.He brought it to the dealer and they had to move something around in their. I think they told him something about were the disc is stored in the radio needed to be adjusted.I don't know much about this stuff but his radio never did it again.
