Getting crazy Stock head unit in my Camper?

So just like everyone in this discussion I have my stock head unit just sitting around and recently invested in a a big pop up camper Ive also got my stock 6x9s sitting around and thought it would be real cool if I could put my speakers and stock head unit into the cabnets and have me a nice little rocking camper

So heres where I could use some of you car stereo and stereo guros

Ive done a little research and it seems that I can achive what I want to do for with a 12v converter or a pc power supply...? (which one is better?)

Then my next dilema is how to get the power into the head unit since the pigtail goes directly into the head unit and no wires hang out?

I HOPE YALL CAN HELP ME OUT! Maybe find a use for all those stock head unit sitting around the house for the clean custom look that makes heads turn

PC Power supply (just have to find out which ones give you 12v constant and ground) and then use the metra part number 71-5520 to plug into the back of your stock headunit.

I dont know as much about the PC power supply end of it...I know on the Dynex ones we sell at best buy, i believe the greens are positive 12v and the blacks are ground, but id have to verify that to be positive. The metra harness that I mentioned is a reverse harness for your truck, or the exact duplicate of the plug that came out of the back of your factory headunit You would wire your 12v constant and 12v switched to the 12v output on the power supply, and ground to ground off the power supply. Then plug in your headunit and youve got power.
