Mach Radio Reset?

Mach Radio Reset?
Have an 01 Expy EB with the Mach system in it.
Is there a way to "reset" the radio?
Symptoms:
- There is no "all seats" mode any more... it is there on the radio, but there is no change when cycling between Drivers Seat, Rear Seat, All Seats. Drivers seat puts it on the front. Rear Seat puts it in the rear, however the All Seats mode does NOTHING and it basically retains the settings from the last mode it was in, depending on if you are cycling through the menu with all down arrows or all up arrows.
- The sub no longer makes a sound (this one is new in the past week).
That being said, I would like to reset this one or locate a replacement as opposed to going an aftermarket HU.
