2005 F150 with Rear-seat DVD Aux setup

I've been reading up on connecting an 3.5mm jack to my stock '05 head unit, but I noticed that many say if you have rear-seat entertainment something like PIE FRD04-AUX won't work. Is there anything I can do to set up an input 3.5mm jack on this head unit with the DVD system?

Thanks for the help.

The RSE and PIE use the same port/cable I think. There is a more expensive version of a PIE adapter that might be by Brandmotion and it allows 2 or 3 inputs similar to the 1 input of a PIE. Might do some searching on that.

Can I split the output of from the RSE to go to a 3.5mm jack as long as both the DVD and mp3 aren't on at the same time maybe?
