ive got it pretty much installed and should have pics tomorrow, i gotta figure out the bypass the the dvd/nav.... (i read all about it on avic411 about grounding the mute/green wire together, and tried it to no avail)

and btw (for those who wont care to answer) when i was taking the main faceplate off the front i disconnected the "passenger airbag" light then when i plugged it back up thye airbag light stays on the dash now, could i just disconnect the battery for a minute or so and get rid of the light?

thanks

The bypass is really easy, just move the mute wire pin and then ground it. I looooove my F90BT, great unit. BTW theres a couple coupon codes on avic411 for $77 a year for XM, works great.

Yeah, you dont just ground the mute wire, and have to move it to a different location in the harness, and then ground it. Isnt there also a software bypass for it as well?

Now I did this mute wire mod on my F90bt and I had noticed the draw distance on the map was much slower to refresh on the detail and the map would randomly rotate and return. I have since taken this mod off. I was thinking it would be great for passengers but then eh, they dont need to watch a movie while im driving. I am pretty sure it would some how distract me.
