Bluetooth for stock Nav HU's

Bluetooth for stock Nav HU's
So i was wondering if anyone has heard anything about some updates for bluetooth with stock nav?
I know about the mobile-ease system which is a complete POS and all the other aftermarket ones
but i was seeing if ford is coming out with anything new.
I was looking at the SYNC radios from edges and it looks like they are exactly the same as the nav radio's right now.
dont suppose you could get a SYNC nav unit from like an explorer and put it in?
honestly the new nav units in the 09's are insane and i would go nuts if it would ever work for 08's
