Did you have any luck finding yours?

Update:

I took some time to trace the wires yet again. The connector at the sub end is powered (12v) however the audio/control wires dead end at the large gray connector that is covered by the hood release lever. Seems to be the opposite of everyone else who has the radio end of the harness that dead ends in the same place...Just thought I'd share... Time to complete some wiring

Hey Nick , mine was like that also. I had power at the plug buy the speaker and I couldn't under stand why I had power but no sound so I looked again behind the radio with a light and knew they had to have a plug.I looked all over that thing and finally found it.I tell you I was hidding pretty good.mine had a bunch of black tape around it and it was tapped to the fram that went down on the left side.It was down a good ways. At first I thought it was something else but I unwrapped it to see what it was and it was a wire with a grey cover on it.I took the grey cover off it was the plug for the woofer. I hope you can find yours because it really make it sound a lot better.

I looked all over in the back and couldn't find it. Thanks for the help though.
