AVIC-D3 install questions.

AVIC-D3 install questions.
ok guys... my girlfriends brother in law just bought a D3 for his 04 F-150 XLT. he wants to install it tomorrow and wants me to help him out. i haven't ever done an install like this... can someone break it down for me? what are some things that i need to be careful of? i am very competent with my tools and have done numerous things including building engines, fixing just about anything on a truck. just haven't ever done anything with the in-dash units or even single din units.
he also wants to bypass the parking break. can someone tell me how to do this?
i know that if i search i can probably find all this stuff, but i wanted it readily available for tomorrow just in case.
