Will a factory "CD / Land Navigation unit" from a 2002 expedition fit a 2005 F-150? Also is $450.00 a good price? The unit looks brand new... Thanks.

 

The short answer is no, it won't fit and wire up without major modifications.

 

I agree that you can't use one out of a 2002 but you can use one out of a current expedition or most any other current ford vehicle..........Like many others on here, I added a factory nav unit out of a 2008 Mercury to my 2005 F150.........cost was about $950.00.......Ebay always has many units to choose from......
