Nah... Yamaha HTR-6090. With the Klipsch 2 F3's, C3, and 4 S3's all around. NO BETTER THAN THAT!

Yeah, but not everyone wants floor speakers. We have the SL hooked up to a panasonic 50'' plasma, blu ray, (cant remember the reciever, its either an HK or yama) with the klipsh sub10. I was in the install bay getting a harness and could hear the sub hit through the wall, 3 big shelves, about 150 feet away. It was the lowest sound I have ever heard. It was the part in transformers when one of the autobots shoots two missles into the ground as he does the barrel role over the chick screaming on the ground. It was awesome.

A friend of mine has an XOVision (not sure which one) DD. Overall it's a pretty decent unit. It's a bit lacking in the UI but otherwise the features are pretty good and the picture is good too. I think he said he paid $250 or so for it. So, for the price I'd say it's a good value.

I was just wondering because I was looking on walmart.com and saw this one:http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...uct_id=6340230

So I searched on here to see what people's experiences have been with them. I really would like a double din that I could get to fit in my 02 for a decent price. I like the higher end ones, but they are way too expensive.

Any suggestions?

That looks just like my friend's but he doesn't have Bluetooth. I think this is the one he has:

I personally would spend a bit more but he is happy with his and I helped him tune his sub with it. It sounds decent and has great features and a great picture. The menus are pretty basic though. One cool feature is you can record from a CD to the USB device that's connected to it.

Would you own one?

Frankly, if it's all I could afford I would gladly own one. It will serve the purpose intended. It may not look as elegent as some of the more expensive units but it offers great features. The only issue I have with the specs is that it only offers 2 rca outputs. That means you will not have a fader if you want to amp the doors and a sub. Not really a big deal in a truck though.

I wouldn't care what others thought either. If they are buying it then they have a right to say I should spend more. If I'm paying for it and I only have a budget of $xxx.xx I would buy what appeared to provide the most value.

If you can afford it, this is a much better unit:

There are people who are going to blast me about this but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better price/performance value. Naturally we could keep saying but "a little more than this and you get this" but this is only slightly more and it is a much better unit. My friend who has the XOVision will tell you the same.
