08 F150 Audiophile Sub Install Need Help

08 F150 Audiophile Sub Install Need Help

Hey Guys I Bought The Audiophile Head Unit And Sub Off Ebay I Pluged The Radio In It Had The Head Unit Wiring For The Sub But When I Go To The Rear Seat For The Sub Wiring I Cant Find It. Is It Possible Its Not There If So Could You Tell Me Were To Buy One Thanks Rodney

I believe I saw in other posts that the subwoofer connector is actually under the carpet. There is a small slit under the rear seat towards the back corner near the hinge (driver side). If you stick your finger in there it might be there. I Also saw some people didn't have the wiring under the seat only at the radio like yours. Then you will have to run it yourself. If the wiring is only at the radio, then it ends at a large connector under the drivers kick-panel. Then you need to finish running it from there. Try to see if someone on here has an 08 wiring diagram to help you out.

Do you have the sub wiring harness behind your old HU? The audiophile HU's have three plugs, as opposed to two plugs on the non-audiophile units.

It will be right under the carpet near the split for the seat mount on the driver side floor. I don't have the stock sub but on my 07 the plug lays there all the same.
