Dose anyone know if the stock stereo has an auxiliary input, you can connect a sirius car kit's cradle directly to with a set of patch cables .

Assuming you are referring to a 2005+ F-150 and the Auxilary Input is not already in use (e.g. try locating and then pressing the AUX button on the radio...it should say something like NO AUX), then you can use the Ford P.I.E. adapter.

You will also need a cable like this:

However, I believe getting an RCA to Mini-headphone jack would be cheaper to purchase locally at say Radioshack (something like this):

You would then basically run your sound cable to the mounted unit, but would have integrated sound.

Shrapnel64, what about tapping into the wires for the mini aux input jack on top of the dash? Wouldn't this eliminate the need for the PIE adapter?

T Ford, First you would have to have an 07 truck that has the aux input on the top tray.
