Overhead console?????

I was looking at this ebay item.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MEWA:IT&ih=024

I have a 98 supercab and would be wondering if there was anyway i could wire this into my truck so it would be functional? Does anyone know? I could always mount it and just use it for the cubby holes. But it would be awsome if there was away to make it work.

Yeah. The auction ended but the guy never sold it. Its just the console that has the sunglass holder and an extra cubby. Along with the compass and temp sensors. I was just wondering how hard that would be to install in a truck with out it. If all you need to find is a power source. I was thinking that it would have the sensors and stuff inside the console and i would just have to find power. Am i wrong?

compass is inside the console, the ambient air is on the radiator support just infront of the radiator. there are a handful of lightning owners that did this, or did the windstar (longer console) options

the wires are likely in the dash, but not in the roof. Thats how ford likes to do their stuff.

like power mirrors, the wires are in the dash up to the kick panel. buy the harness that goes into the mirror and switches and you are ready for power mirrors.....
