New head unit with stock CD changer

I have a 2000 Expy with the 6 disk changer in the center console. I want upgrade to a head unit with Blue Tooth and XM in it. Is there a way to do it and use the existing CD changer?

If you really understand the circuitry and logic codes that the radio/CD changer uses.
