Thank you for your feedback in pulling together this audio system upgrade. Have a brand new F150 Lariat Supercab in the new tri-metalic white with the non-audiophile 6 disc system with factory Sirrus.

Please provide any feedback on my plan

-Install Audiophile HU from a 2006 F150 purchased on ebay

-Replace all factory in door speakers with 5X7 Infinitys 2 ways

-Get box from supercrewsounds with two 10s (Infinity)

-Add Infinity amp to power subs only (would need in line converter)

This seems like a good solution after reading several posts on this topic to retain the factory look and Sirrus and improve the sound quality. Any thoughts on this set-up?

I know this an old thread but could you (or anyone else) tell me how you got the subwoofer part to work using the line out converter?
