You will probably spend a $1500.00 or more buying the new components of the audiophile system. I purchased a new Audiophile HU off EBay for $120.00. I used other brand products to make up the speaker set-up. I have seen the Audiophile component speakers and the completed sub-box on EBay several times. The components for the front doors usually ran between $100.00 to $200.00. The sub box with amp went for between $200.0 to $300.00, The speakers used in the rear doors are just the standard 6 x 8 factory speakers and can be found for $10.00 to $20.00.

If you are willing to wait and keep searching EBay, you can probably build your Audiophile system for under $500.00. In my opinion, putting any more money in your sound system than this would warrant the consideration of an aftermarket system. I think you could get more for your buck. The Audiophile does sound good though. For the $500.00 I have invested in mine, I am very pleased and I like the factory look of the HU.

I know this isn't what you asked for, but hope it helps anyway.
