Would ya'll know if an OEM HU that is also a Navigation System from a 03 Expedition would work in an 05 F150?

I know I'd need to get a GPS antenna for starters, but other than that, will it plug into the wiring harness I already have??

Is the Expedition the newer body style in 03???
If it is, their could be a good chance.

 

I asked the guy that has it and he says it will fit 03-06 expedition, he also claims that it has never been installed, brand new in other words. I assume that it is also an audiophile head unit so i can find an OEM sub to go with it. I already have PLENTY of audiophile speakers.

 

Is their anyway je can take a pic of the back of the unit.
