pretty cool looking. i always like the new cougar's. don't know why they named it that though cuz its more like the sister car of the focus rather than the tbird

same as the contour? how's that? isn't the contour frame alot longer cuz its a 4 door? i used to have a 95 contour LX V6 5-speed.
I know the sister car of the contour was the mercury mistique, why would they have 2 mercury sister cars of the ford version?

 

Cougar, Contour, and Mystique all share the CDW-27 platform.

The cougar is basically the 2 door con'tique ... i guess that was their reasoning for doing another sister car.
