Car Cover

I did not explain myself enough. I am looking for a full car cover
or truck cover to put on my truck when I am at work.

well i've done alot of searching on this, and the best brand i've found so far was calcarcover.com They are top quality covers. Not sure what model would best fit your needs, but since my truck is outside year round (no garage ) i am getting the stormweave. i emailed them and thats what they recommended, so maybe email them and see what they have to say.
it'll have to be custom made though, but its only around 250 so its not too bad. and you can get a locking cable system, carrying case for the cover, and you can get the front embroidered with some typing or something. I"ll probably get Harley-F150 or Harley#356 or something like that .

hope this helps

Talking Cover

I have the California Car Cover, stormweave and it fits like a glove! Excellent choice! I have a Snug Top Tonneau cover and it's a breeze to put on rolling the cover up from the front to the back taking it off and the opposite for putting it on. Let me know if you need a more detailed ful description of how I roll it up. I don't want to get into every detail and you may very well have a ton of vehicle cover experience. The biggest hassle is the height of trucks on the cab. Without the tonneau it is a PITA!
Thanks,
Bart

Josh a.k.a. Harley #356,
I'll get some pictures of the cover on the truck and how I sequence putting it on and off. I live in So. Cal so I am not sure how beneficial the cover would be where you are from but I have used covers on all my nicer vehicles. One of the more obvious reasons are the protection from the sun (both the paint and interior), what is not seen is less likely to be noticed and can help a little from scrapes from car doors etc.
Thanks,
Bart

it'll be REALLY beneficial! No garage, no carport, only the driveway Cover will come really in handy! Good for after i get it all ready for a show too, just cover it up so it'll stay clean until the show date And i emailed them and they said the stormweave would be the best cover for my needs.

Have you looked into the Harley Truck Cover that they sell? I've been thinking about getting one for my SuperCrew because my other two Mustang's stay under the car port (with car covers on) and the truck is exposed.

I've found a few places that sell the exact same thing. Haven't noticed if the price is the same or not though.

yeah i looked at them, but they don't seem to be that high of quality, and i know calicarcover is one of the best in teh business, and they have more of a selection to suit my needs and are similarly priced.

I'm pretty certain the Ford covers are more for inside use (dust cover for the garage). I was looking into that one since my truck is in the garage. I went to Ford and the guy told me I could get the same cover for less $$ elsewhere between the Ford markup and having the HD emblem on it.

yeah, the black one is for indoor only, and just a dust cover. the silver/gray one is for indoor/outdoor, but i'm not sure how well it would hold up to being used outdoors all the time only in rain, snow, whatever. Rather be safe than sorry with going with an expensive cheap cover
