No Parking Lights On???

Guys, I just noticed I have no Parking Lights lit on the front of my truck (2000 H-D F-150). When just the Parking Lights are on, or the Headlights, no parking lights lit.
Are these supposed to be lit??
All other lights, turn signals, etc. seem to be functioning.
Do I have two bad bulbs? Help!!
If so, how do I get to these bulbs?
Do I have to remove the grill trim??
If so, how?
Thanks, ART

um, yeah they are supposed to work. are your turn signals working? if so your bulbs should still be fine. did you do the foglight mod? maybe something shorted out???

to remove the corner, open the hood, and above where teh corner light would be, on the inner part of the fender, there is a little hex screw, just unbolt that, then your corner will slide straight forward and out. Just takes a little wiggling and tugging to get it out. Then turn the bulb housing about 1/4 turn and the bulb will pop out.

keep us posted on what's wrong
