Factory_Tech Valve Body

Fellow F150HD owners,

I finally received and installed the famous Factory_Tech transmission valve body, along with a B&M aluminum transmission pan. I would have to say that the shift improvement is spectacular (talk about bang for the buck) and I would recommend this mod to everyone. The only downside is the fact that the torque reduction programming becomes amplified. The effect that you will feel is, during WOT and 1-2 upshift, there appears to be some "driveline whiplash" (slowdown speedup effect) microseconds after the shift transition. During regular shifting it is not noticeable. I am going to let the stock computer try to deal with it while its still learning about the new modification. If that does not work, I guess I will just have to get my chip a little earlier than planned

I never noticed that... but I did install mine with the chip and pulley at the same time.

I have mine plus the JDM burn and lets just say it moves into the next gear with "authority".
