Intercooler lower cover??

O.K. is there to be a plastic cover of some sort on the lower portion of the intercooler radiator???
What im talking about is when the air comes in the lower front bumper, there is no air dam to keep it from blowing down below the cooler radiator. There are holes in the lower bumper and lower cooler radiator where you could possible put a plastic air dam if some sort to make sure all the air is passed through the cooler radiator.
Is mine missing, or should we make one for ourselves. Im sure its worth it.
Ford puts rubber air dams around the a/c condensor to force all the air through it, right??
