I added a ASP 4 pound lower pulley to my HD, and can't find a belt that works. ASP says the stock belt will work but it doesn't. I tried a 2002 lightning belt, and to short. Tried stock belt and it is also to short. Can someone please tell what belt to use. It is hard to enjoy the the truck when it is setting in the garage with no belt.

The stock belt will work. You will have to break off the stop tab though.

I'm running the Gates K080690 with a 6 pound pulley.
So try a Gates belt K080680 or ....685 from your local auto parts store.
I don't know which one of those will work on the HD's.
