On my 00-HD front bumper lower portion..I have a circular shaped
"About the size of a silver dollar" where the black paint is missing...... There are no "dings, danks, or cracks" that would be evident if I had hit something or someone backing into me at a parking lot....Which would could only happen if the other driver was blind or like to park the furthest away from other cars..The edges within this are "lifting" from the bumper....

My 98 Mark VIII had a similar problem that was finally determined to be a factory screw-up and before going to my "Blood-Thirsty" Dealer I was wondering if any of you Guys and Gals might know if there have been any Factory Defect problems with the HD paint other than the "Rain Channel" problem ??????????????

If ya want, i know a guy that has bra's that are custom made for the HD. It will really help protect it against rock chips and bugs. Goes on and off really easy. I just use it for long trips and auto shows. Defiatley helps. If you want his email address, just drop me a line
