What is the deal about these tornados? Does anybody have any feedback? Does it really work? Do they make one for us?

On one ofthe mustang boards someone actually got one and did a dyno test with it. He did improve gas mileage, but when he put it on after a baseline run on the dyno, he lost 26 rwhp. So I am sure that someone would improve gas mileage if they are losing that much power.
