What size belt did you use? JLP sent a belt that is waaaaayyy to short and they are off on vacation until next week.

 

Tomcat--I don't have my truck here right now so I can't look at the belt... Gary did say that the belt would not go on initially and he had to work on the belt tensioner--evidently had some casting flash or something that prevented it from going back far enough to accept the belt. After he 'blueprinted' it, it worked fine. I did have to have the inner lip machined about .015" to clear the crank snout. Otherwise everything went smoothly. You're gonna love it!

 

Well, I found another belt that was almost 3 inches longer and it works great. This thing is awesome now I see new rear tires in the near future.....it will absolutely roast the tires now. Was heading to the track but we had a downpour, so I'll try again tomorrow. WOW is all I can say.
