it does install with velcro. but this is no ordinary velcro. it is like supervelcro. when i was tring to remove it the sticky tape was pulling off before the velcro would seperate. so it holds really well, but if you planned to remove it alot it would prove difficult. i have never removed mine... and i dont plan to, so i dont mind. It is really easy to install with the cover on. you just clean off the bed and wipe down the spots where you will stick the velco tabs with alcohol. then stick them on.... then line it up and stick it down. took probably 1 hour... but i do things slowly... and about the dust and stuff... i havent noticed any dust or dirt coming into the bed. i had to go down a muddy dirt doad the other day and the whole underneath of the truck got coated, but there wasnt any at all that got into the bed... so i think the bed rug seals it up good. let me know if you want me to get that pic of the bedrug with the mat on top.... becauise i have it in the garage, i could just throw it in. kinda curious what it would look like myself...

Go with the BedRug sooner than later especailly if you show your truck! I just got mine about 2 weeks ago and what a huge difference it makes. Wished I would have done it when the truck was new (it's a year old now). Had a matching headliner put on my Snuglid and all I can say is WOW! Total custom look!

Keep saving those bucks!

Just flipped thru a Ford issue from J. C. Whitney, not to flame here, but on the back inside cover page they offer a [B]Trim to Fit Bed Protector rubber mat you simply trim to your likings!

They offer this is 2 different sizes as well, only $71.96

Stock numbers as follows:

Just trying to help out a fellow HD - F 150 owner here!

Oh yeah about the BEDRUG, many thanks to Dave in TempleTX for the awesome $150 BEDRUG Thanks Dave! A little elbow grease and some cleaning, L@@KS like new too!

Showya in Kansas City, just seen HD #9,372 roll off the assembly line here!

2000F150HD, yes please post it if you could, i'd like to see how it fits along the edges and such. As for the dust getting in my bed, i'm thinking about getting a tailgate seal, and i'm gonna head back to leer sometime to have them adjust the tonneau so it fits a little better, and get me a new front seal cuz mine fell off.

Showya, thanks for the heads up. I'll order that jc whitney so i can take a look. And o yeah, will ya stop making those HD's already man. Can't ya break the assembly line or somethin so they can't make any more, there's enough HD's out already. LoL Any chance you could snap some pics of a HD going through the assembly line and then a pic of a bunch together that just got off???? Thanks again

Don't wanna give too much away yet until i'm completely done, but it should look cool. (not saying your's isn't a total custom look though n6van, its gotta look pretty cool with the matching liner, rug
