s/c harley availability???
According to the March issue of Street Trucks, it'll be $36, 495 for the BASE model.
$58,048 CDN. And then there's the options of having 6 disc changer, sliding rear window, block heater, moon roof, bed extender, and heated front seats. Holy schnappin' butt holes Batman. That's gonna be some serious dabloons for a tricked out version. For 60 G's on a truck, I'd personally like it to be faster than a 6.9sec 0-60.

I work at the Kc\Claycomo plant and we are biulding them now. They are sweet. They have flames down the side of them now. I like the dark grey ones. They also say supercharged on the Ford Harley emblem. They seem to sound alo better than last years model also.
Well i didnt know you could hear what i sounded like Vruhm you Jerkoff. Why would i be full of crap? I just replied to Redhots post. So what if its my 1st post. Ive read through alot of post the last few months and i dont see to many fools like you around. You go away.
Check out Truck Trends latest issue. I believe the MSRP said right under $37K and hitting 0-60 MPH in 6.2 secs. The "HD" badges said Supercharged, but I don't remember any flame jobs

thanks for your posts. after totalling my 01, my fiance is hinting at not getting another lightning. (yikes!!) but we have two kids and she is right about the space, (not that i'll let her know that.) but the s/c harley would satisfy both off us. me for speed and here for space. i do love that black leather interior. might be sweet on a silver lightning, hey ford are you listing? and im sure there will be plenty of mods that will take the motor up a notch.

Well, it would turn out that our good new friend 1/2 bent here was actually correct.
Happened to be talking to the top sales guy at my dealership, and he informs me and confirms that they are getting one version of the new HD in near the end of next month, out here in the great white west coast in Kelowna, BC-Canada. Which would mean that they (he) must be building them now. Being that my local dealership isn't SVT certified due to being a small city and all, they're going to be calling me when it arrives to do a little 'comparing' to my Lightning. These guys don't see many SVT anything. So I'm happy to ablige.
Can't wait.
Have anything to add there Vruhm? Shake hands and make up. That was kind of an unheartly welcome that you gave one of our newest members there, wouldn't ya say?

Flames Look Great!!
Hey Half Bent, Thanks for your status on the KC assembly situation. I was wondering if they had started HDF-150 production yet? Your description of the flames is pretty good based on the prototype I saw at the NAIAS (Detroit Auto Show), and another truck I saw in Dearborn a couple of months ago. The Dark Shadow Gray truck they had at the NAIAS looked GREAT!! I'm looking forward to getting mine, which I ordered about a month ago. Keep us advised on the KC assembly plant status.
