I am a member of the EAA and I have my pin number, I would like to let a friend of mine use the pin. My question is how do I transfer my pin so they can use it and get the discount? Thanks for your help..

I thought your PIN was generated from your SS# and zip code.... meaning that's your PIN?

The X-plan is a great way to save a few bucks. I'm a DANA employee and got the x-plan discount on my new SuperCrew.

 

Go to the Lightning forum. They're always talking about that over there. I'm sure someone will help you.

 

It's not possible to transfer them. I tired this with my fiancee. Since she was not yet married to me, she had to get her own pin since it would be titled and financed in her name. So she joined EAA. I work at Lockheed Martin and get my own pin, but Ford will not let you transfer to anyone other than immediate family, and even then the titling and financing rules are strict.

 

Get your buddy to get his own X-Plan number by requesting the following info from Ford. In this package is a form to fill out and he wil get a X-plan number of his own. This package is air expressed to your home so the wait is not that long.

Check the box with: Investor Packet (Includes the most recent copy of: Annual Report, 10K, Quarterly Financial Results Announcement, and 10Q)

Fill in the required info and wait for the package to come to your door. Fax off the sheet and you will get an X-Plan number, was that easy or what.
