03 F150 harley edition, misfiring and stalling

My truck is supercharged, but feels like it is a 4 cylider. Changed the Maf sensor, Changed throttle body position sensor, But runs like crap, no power, can hardly stay running? Throws codes, P0102,P0113,P0122, and P0402. Does anyone have experience and can help guide me.

The whole story? It ran great, now it dosen't . I did have the cats removed, and everything was fine just louder, and a couple weeks later Check engine light came on, and has been limping around .. Sounds just like a Harley motorcycle .. Just has no giddy up like it used to. It runs but surges at idle, when acclerating You can feel the oomf then go then oomf . It smells very rich from the exhaust.

From: Joplin MO
P0102:

Dirty or contaminated mass air flow sensor
Failed MAF sensor
Intake air leaks
MAF sensor electrical harness or wiring problem (open, shorted, frayed, poor connection, etc.)

P0113:

Internally failed IAT sensor
Faulty connection at IAT sensor
Open in IAT ground circuit or signal circuit
Short to voltage in IAT signal circuit or reference circuit
IAT harness and/or wiring routed too close to high-voltage wiring (e.g. alternator, spark plug cables, etc.)
Faulty PCM (less likely but not impossible)

P0122:

TPS not mounted securely
TPS circuit short to ground or another wire
Faulty TPS
Damaged computer (PCM)

P0402:

The DPFE (differential pressure) sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced
There is a blockage in the EGR (most likely carbon buildup)
The EGR valve is faulty
The EGR valve may not be opening due to a lack of vacuum

Thank you for the support.I'll get into looking up those parts and check them out.. It did start shifting extremely hard..Now that has returned to normal.. but power loss was my main issue.Guess I have some work to do, and some money to throw at it.
