Does anyone have a vacuum diagram for a 03 HD supercharged 5.4?

 

There should have been one somewhere under the hood back when the truck left the factory. Have you poked around and looked? Typical places would be on a valve cover, underside of hood, radiator support cover, or just about any flat spot.

 

No someone removed it before I got it, previous owner did a lot of performance mods and upgrades and changed things around and did some bypasses

 

with or without EGR?

the trucks motor is new and got replaced at 100k (cost me $6000) cause the timing chain went out and was on the side that bends the valves and the motor has less than 25k on it. It has a SVT supercharger, SCT chip with hand held programmer, K&N ram air intake, EGR valve and boost solenoid bypass. Never had a problem with it till the day my wife took it to work and it broke down on her way home. Replaced the fuel pumps, FP screens, in line fuel filter,relays and fuses. When I start it the RPM go up then back down on the Guage then stalls or will go up then down on gauge acts like it’s going stall and then surges up again goes down and stalls like there’s not enough fuel pressure to supply it. And if I tap the gas it stumbles and stalls out. That’s everything going on with it.
