2003 2wd F150 Towing?

Going to sell the King Ranch, and have always liked the HD's, and since 97-03 F150 is my favorite body style Im thinkinig of buying a low mileage stock 2003. Problem is I have a 69 Camaro that I tow with my truck and was wondering how the HD F150's do towing. my truck has a 6" lift and 35's and tows it great. Car weighs 3k and the trailer weighs 1500, I thought a 2wd would be even better but wasnt sure about something with a supercharger. if its a plus or a detriment. itll be a daily driver and only pull the car a couple times a year, 2 1/2 hours away and back. gotta stay in a SuperCrew! thanks for any advice in advance.

honestly, you'll wonder why you ever towed without boost

obviously WOT isn't going to be good for anything, BUT you probably already know not to do that while towing anyway

even in stock form the boosted motors will run away and hide from the n/a versions

N/A 4.6 will tow what ever you put behind it.

Watch the normal WOT 3rd to OD shift and the OD to 2nd that kills rods
