This is my first post here and would like some advice.

I am in the market for a new vehicle. I am not sure what I want. While looking at a new (2014) F150, I saw a mustang. I then was torn between the two.

My wife found a 2003 Harley truck and suggested that. Kind of the best of both worlds.

My issue is that its a 11yr old truck with 70,000 miles..... My questions are:

1. How long will a supercharger last before it needs servicing or rebuilding?
2. Will a supercharger cause the motor/ trans to have more issues?
3. I read about trans issue with shifting into OD and downshifting WOT. Does it just do this or is that during high performance driving?

Any other info on these trucks that I should know about would be great.

Welcome to the forum. I'm not an expert but a friend of mine has that same truck. He has 172,000 miles on it without any issues to date.
